+ My venue has a venue coordinator, do I still need to hire a planner?

Yes! We often get asked: What's the difference? In short, the venue coordinator works for the venue and a wedding planner works for you overseeing your wedding as a whole. A venue coordinator is only responsible for overseeing things that relate directly to the venue such as their setup,cleanliness and food & beverage if that's included. Some examples of details wedding planners help with that aren’t part of the scope of work of a venue coordinator are handling off site logistics such as hair and make up and coordinating transportation. As well as details like making sure your wedding party is gathered for pictures and packing up your personal belongings at the end of the night.

+ What is your pricing?

Since every couple and wedding is unique, the only way to give you accurate pricing is after a consultation. Our service proposals are custom because we want you to get the services you need and nothing you don’t. Different factors influence pricing such as guest count, different locations or logistics for non-traditional venues that require tenting or kitchen built outs. However we know that this answer isn’t very helpful if you just want to start to get an idea for budget reasons. So as a point of reference we can tell you that Wedding management starts at $1500, Support planning starts at $2255 and Full planning starts at $4500.

+ Do you offer day of/month of coordination services?

Our Wedding Coordination service isn't tied to just "day off" or "month off" because for a wedding day to be executed successfully, there needs to be proper preparation prior to just the "day of" your actual wedding. We'll come in at about 10-8 weeks prior to your wedding date to tie up loose ends and create a cohesive plan to manage your day flawlessly. All couples get access to our planning resources from the moment you reserve your date, and we're always available for your questions. We are there for any questions and concerns you'll have during the process rather than trying to quickly fix potential issues, one month out.

+ Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples?

Yes, of course! We wish this didn’t have to be a question, but unfortunately it still is. We welcome all couples and we believe in marriage equality; inclusivity and that love is love and is meant to be celebrated! We have a strict nondiscrimination policy for our staff and wedding pros we collaborate with. In order for us to grow and learn more we have also invested time in getting a certification in LGBTQ+ weddings from the Equality institute.

+ Do you carry Liability insurance?

Yes absolutely. This is a real legit business, not a hobby. Our insurance policy satisfies any venue’s requirement we’ve ever encountered and we’d be happy to provide your venue with a certificate.

We will drive to any city in the Miami Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County, as well as the Keys.
